Very big "we're sorry!" to anyone who came along to the Romany hoping to see us last Sunday. Tim was laid up in bed in a darkened room unable to move, and although he tried to force himself out, there was absolutely no way it was going to happen, and we had to cancel at the 11th hour. Again, we're *really* sorry. :-( If you're still speaking to us, we're at the Park Tavern in Wellingborough on the 29th, and at the Mela at 5pm on the 31st… - 30th July - Wellingborough Mela…

Sorry it's been a while since this was updated. Thanks to all who came to the gigs at The Gardeners Arms and The Horseshoe. Two top nights out, a couple of new songs, and we managed not to blow up Nick's rather ace sounding new PA at the 'Shoe! The next gig is at the Crown and Anchor again, and it's an early start - 7pm - so come along to see us, then go into town and carry on drinking, shouting and talking nonsense… :-) Oh, and we've been talking about recording again - watch this space! - 20th April - Crown and Anchor…

We had a great time at the Horseshoe last weekend - thanks to everyone who turned up! Sadly, that's now the last gig for the year as we've had to cancel the Romany on the 23rd due to work commitments. We've had to cancel the gig at the Blacksmith's Arms, Barwell - it seems the venue has closed down. It's certainly not trading at the time of writing this. Not really much news - a couple of new gigs at familiar venues for your diaries… Rich's amp has been overhauled and so is hopefully less likely to make inconvenient crackling noises during gigs - thanks to Mark at Line6 for that… We've also got a support for the Old Market Inn gig on the 20th October - the very wonderful Deferred Sucess… Any suggestions for Christmas songs we can destroy at the Romany on the 23rd December will of course be most welcome… - 24th August 2007 - New PA…

Played the Romany last night to a packed house - you'd never believe how many people really do want to be a Ramone… We're back there in March, and again throughout 2007. Tim claims never to have played in a band that's been asked back before. :-) Next gig 1st Feb - at the Horseshoe, Wellingborough. - 19th December 2006 - More Gigs…!!
We're now also booked to play at the rather splendid real ale and live music venue The Romany in Northampton on the 21st of January, and at Sawyers, Kettering, on the 15th of March, supporting the excellent More Than Normal. - 8th December 2006 - Gig…!!
